How do I register for NEARCON 2026?
You can register for the event directly through our Luma page HERE.
NEARCON passes grant access to the mainstage, breakout sessions, workshops, hackathon showcases, networking events, and the exhibition hall.
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Luma. Your ticket will appear in your Luma account, where you can access your QR code for check-in. As the event approaches, we’ll share updates and reminders through Luma.
Bring your Luma QR code (digital or printed) and a government-issued photo ID to the Registration Hub at Fort Mason Center. Each attendee must collect their own badge — badges cannot be picked up on behalf of others.
When and where is NEARCON 2026?
NEARCON takes place February 23–24, 2026 at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, San Francisco, California, USA.
No formal dress code is required. NEARCON is a conference and cultural gathering — wear what makes you comfortable. Some side events may note dress requirements in their details.
International attendees are responsible for securing any required travel visas. Please check your country’s requirements before booking.
Yes. Complimentary WiFi will be available to all registered attendees at Fort Mason Center.
What is the privacy policy for NEARCON 2026?
Your basic registration information (name, company, email) may be encoded in your badge. By allowing a sponsor or exhibitor to scan your badge, you consent to share your details with that organization.
Fort Mason Center is ADA compliant. We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all attendees. Please contact us if you require additional accommodations.
Personal photography is welcome in public areas. Professional video and livestreaming require written approval from the NEARCON Events Team.
By registering for NEARCON, you agree that photographs and video taken at the event may be used by NEAR Foundation and its partners for promotional purposes.
How can I obtain a press pass?
Apply for press credentials HERE. All applications are reviewed and approved by the NEARCON Media Team.
What is the bag policy?
All bags are subject to security screening upon entry to Fort Mason Center and other official venues. Please allow extra time for checks.
Safety is a top priority at NEARCON. Venue security and staff will be present at all times. All attendees must have a valid badge to enter official spaces. In case of emergency, dial 911 and alert the nearest staff member immediately.
